The Colorado Leadership Alliance has generously offered to allow students to participate in Leadership Denver Days. Leadership Denver is a 35 year old program that develops community leaders and enhances the civic infrastructure of the Denver Metro region. This 11 month program brings together approximately 55 diverse leaders representative of the community--the for-profit, nonprofit and government sectors. Leadership Denver Days are an incredible for PLP students are interested in specific issues (e.g., politics, education) that affect the state of Colorado. In addition to gaining in-depth knowledge about the issue, students will have the opportunity to network with community and business leaders. As this is a very prestigious opportunity, selected students must possess strong networking skills as well as positively represent the President’s Leadership Program. Denver Leadership Days are a substantial time commitment and usually take place on Fridays from 7:30am-5pm.
